- Anyone taking part in YOURZEN ABC events, retreats, online sessions, 1:1 sessions.

5. Staff Responsibilities
All YOURZEN ABC team members must:
- Maintain professional boundaries.
- Report safeguarding risks concerns immediately.
- Record concerns accurately and confidentially.
6. Reporting Concerns
Anyone can report a safeguarding concern. Steps:
- Ensure immediate safety.
- Report to the designated safeguarding lead.
- Document facts only, not assumptions.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

When someone shares concerns:
