At YOURZEN ABC, I am to providing accessible and effective wellness solutions for individuals juggling multiple responsibilities. My holistic ABC approach focuses on active physicality, balanced living, and mental clarity to help you thrive in today's fast-paced world. I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle amidst the demands of work, family, and personal obligations, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My Mission

At YOURZEN ABC, my mission is to empower you to achieve a state of complete well-being by nurturing your body, mind, and spirit. I believe that wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and transformative — even for those with busy schedules, emotional challenges, or competing responsibilities.

Drawing from over 850 hours of specialised training in trauma-informed yoga, grief yoga, yoga for mental health, mindfulness, Ayurveda, restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I provide practical yet powerful tools to help you heal, grow, and thrive.

Clarity of Mind – Mental clarity is key to navigating life’s challenges. My meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness techniques support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and create the mental space to make empowered decisions.

This mission is deeply personal to me. Having navigated trauma, grief, and burnout myself, I know that finding your centre can feel impossible at times. Through YOURZEN ABC, I am here to offer nurturing, supportive spaces and a community that walks alongside you – so you never feel alone on your journey back to yourself.


Meet Holistic Diana

Your Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Guide

My name is Diana, founder of HolisticDianaKeran Yoga and YOURZEN ABC – a space where yoga, mindfulness, and holistic living meet to transform lives.

Sixteen years ago, at the start of my pregnancy, I discovered yoga through a simple book. What began as a quiet, curious exploration quickly became a powerful source of calm and balance amidst the demands of a high-pressure, fast-paced career and the anticipation of motherhood.

My path shifted profoundly when my son was born with a congenital heart condition and underwent open-heart surgery at just two months old. His strength inspired me deeply, yet I found myself navigating intense emotions, fear, trauma, and anticipatory grief — not knowing what my son’s future might hold and feeling unable to fully express my grief.

In an effort to channel my fears into purpose, I immersed myself fully in my career. The busy, demanding environment provided a long-term escape, but it also led over time to burnout, anxiety, mental health challenges, health setbacks and a disconnection from my true self.

Yoga, which I had first discovered through that book, grew from a personal practice into my sanctuary. It became the place where I could breathe, process my emotions, and carry my pain with greater strength and clarity.

As my practice deepened, so did my passion for sharing yoga’s transformative power. I recognised that many others were also struggling to find balance, peace, and resilience in a world that constantly pulls us in a thousand directions. With the encouragement of my community, I made the courageous choice to step away from the corporate world and dedicate myself fully to guiding others on their journeys to healing and wholeness.

Today, I am an internationally certified 500+-hour Yoga Teacher with over 850 hours of specialised training and more than 500 hours of teaching experience. My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based, rooted in creating nurturing, supportive spaces for emotional healing and transformation.
