1. Introduction

Welcome to YOURZEN ABC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our wellness services, retreats, programs, digital content, and website. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

YOURZEN ABC offers wellness retreats, personalised self‑care yoga programs( groups and 1:1), yoga life coaching services, workshops, online content, and other holistic wellness experiences. Service descriptions may change from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Payment methods are listed at checkout.
  • Confirmation is issued only after payment is successfully processed.
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellations & Refunds( Events and regular classes and programmes)

Yoga Events Cancellation

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before a yoga event ( retreat or workshops)may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Provider Cancellations: If YOURZEN ABC cancels a yoga event, clients will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to another date.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

Yoga Classes or Individual Programme cancellation

If you need to cancel your attendance, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made without sufficient notice cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling:

With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule a missed class for another date. Please note that each class can only be rescheduled once.

Confirmation of Attendance:

For Pay As You Go attendees, please confirm your attendance in advance for the next session. This helps ensure smooth class management and a seamless experience for everyone. If you already know your availability for the month, we encourage you to book your sessions ahead of time to secure your place.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Disclose relevant wellness, accessibility, or safety needs.
  • Follow on‑site rules and facilitator guidance.
  • Use our services lawfully and respectfully.

7. Health Disclaimer

YOURZEN ABC provides wellness guidance, not medical advice. Our services should not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for their own wellbeing.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

YOURZEN ABC is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of services, failure to follow safety instructions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients participate in physical and wellness activities at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including branding, text, programs, videos, course materials, and digital downloads—is the intellectual property of YOURZEN ABC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

10. Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

YOURZEN ABC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updates.
